    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • During "Sad Little Star," Pollynimbus (whose name was again spelled as two words in the closed-captions) doesn't recognize Enrique. The fact was, he had gone to Pollynimbus's factory back in the cartoon "Express Yourself."

      • In the scene in "Sad Little Star" in which Zak and Wheezie are playing with their tail, their tail is miscolored.

    • QUOTES (9)

    • NOTES (4)

      • In previous episodes, Max & Emmy's playroom window was facing their right side yard. You can tell because in "Dragon Drop" the window wasn't facing the same direction as either of the two roof halves, and thattheir playroom is second floor, and since there are no second story windows facing their left side yard, it has to face their right side yard because their roof halves face the front and back yards. However, in "Sad Little Star" their playroom window is the dormer window facing their front yard.

      • The prism concept, mentioned in "Sad Little Star," was also used in two episodes of 3-2-1 Contact (another Sesame Workshop production). One episode was "Light/Dark: Electromagnetic Spectrum," where Trini set up a prism in the workshop to make a rainbow. The other was "Light: Color," in which a succession of reflecting material made a sun painting at The Exploratorium in San Francisco.

      • The dragon badges' operate in a rather unusual manner in "Sad Little Star." Cassie, Ord, and Zak and Wheezies' badges all glow for everyone doing their best and not giving up. The glowing of the badges intensifies the rainbow that they created for Celeste.
