  • Best Episode

People criticize Megan in this episode but what she did is her job, to torment her brothers. You ever says there is a lack of jokes is blind or deaf. The "don't tell me what to do" line highlights the episode and is remembered as one of the greatest moments of Drake and Josh. Also, St. Illness, Snow Con, and the repeating of them screaming Megan. Also, there 17 and playing with a model rocket. You can't get much better than this.moreless
  • Drake & Josh build a toy rocket it accidently burns down the neighbors' treehouse. The kid is devastated and Drake & Josh's promise they will build a new one. Drake & Josh bungle the job, get stuck in the new treehouse and miss their dates.moreless

I really enjoyed the show! the plot was interesting and original. I loved the kid next door! He was so cute and had an amazing scream! Megan had some of her best lines, and it was clever the way she sent the nerds in to substitute for Drake & Josh on their dates with the cute twins. The neighbor's dad did a really good job, and so did Drake & Josh's mom and dad. I also enjoyed the dialogue when the guys were trapped in the treehouse, and tried unsuccessfully to think of ways to get out. One of the best episodesmoreless
  • Not a good episode. Drake,Josh, and Megan fly a model rocket into the neighbor's treehouse then are forced to build a new one. But D&J get stuck in the treehouse.

I did not like this episode that much. It was very tasteless and had few jokes. To tell you the truth, I think Dan Schnieder (the creator of D&J) is the worst writer (he wrote this episode.) He has such a childish sense of humor, no offense to him but even though Drake and Josh is supposed to be for children i think that Dan Schnieder can do better in his writing. And i can also obviously point out the terrible trick Megan did on them, just leaving them in the treehouse. I mean why does she have to be so EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She tortured them with food and and purposely cancelled their dates!!! She is so mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Megan is my least favorite character so you can tell that i always get mad at her when she does something evil!!!!!!!!! I HATE her!!!!!!!moreless
  • This episode is slightly better than "Peruvian Puff Peppers" but it doesn't ignore the fact that Megan is a horrible person and I hate her so much.

Okay, this is one of those rare times when I dislike a "Drake and Josh" episodes since most of the episodes are actually funny and good. While this episode does have some funny parts, it doesn't ignore the fact that Megan is being cruel just because she can't go to her friend's birthday party. You can't always get the things that you want Megan. It's good to actually see that Walter and Audrey actually disciplined Megan and told her that she can't go to her friend's birthday party since the parents are idiots thinking that Megan is an angel. "Peruvian Puff Peppers" is still the all-time worst "Drake and Josh" episode that I have ever seen since Megan is slightly more evil and awful in that episode. Most of the episode was just boring because it focused with Drake and Josh being stuck in the treehouse because Drake forgot to chainsaw the door on the treehouse and Megan was letting Drake and Josh suffer by being in the treehouse. She even left to go to the house. One of the few parts I did laugh at was Drake and Josh's rocket destroying their neighbor's treehouse. I was also laughing hard when that neighbor's control car got damaged after that piece of wood fell on it. That squirrel attacking Josh's face was very funny. The ending with Drake and Josh falling off the treehouse was funny but also crappy because you can tell that they will both be blamed for it. Good thing it's doesn't show or else the score would be lower. Overall, it does have some funny parts but my score is low because of Megan and I just want to punch her so bad... like I told you, it's rare for me to dislike a "Drake and Josh" episode and this is definitely one of them. 4/10moreless
  • Painful to watch

I swear, this episode is one of the few that Drake and Josh get the most unfair treatment. I can't believe they have to do it when it's really all Megan's fault! She's the one who launched the dumb rocket out the window, and she's the one who caused it to blow up the treehouse! God, that little brat angers me SO MUCH!!!! >8(

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind Miranda Cosgrove, or her other works, like iCarly. But the only thing I hate about her is her character, Megan. She's a lot like Angelica from Rugrats, or DW from Arthur, except an even bigger, brattier ****moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • It is never revealed what happened after Drake and Josh made the tree house fall over, or if they ever finished building it. The only time it's mentioned again is in "Steered Straight".

    • Either Drake or Josh could easily fit through the vertical window hole.

    • Why don't Drake and Josh just use the extension cord that is powering the electric light in the corner of the tree house?

  • QUOTES (12)

    • Drake: No, I want to do it. You got to put on the nose con.
      Josh: Cone!
      Drake: Whatever!

    • Megan: Okay, you guys are in the eleventh grade, and you're playing with a model rocket?
      Josh: No. No. No.
      Drake: Noo.
Josh: We were just building it so we could drop it off at the...
      Drake: The..the..the children's hospital.
      Josh: The children's hospital.
      Megan: Which hospital?
      Drake: St....Illness.
      Josh: St. Illness?!
Drake: Fine! We're playing with a model rocket!

    • Josh: It says here the rocket soars up to 300 feet. Real high right?
Drake: Yeah, and it also says the rocket shoots off at 92 mph. Woo, real fast right? So wanna build it?
      Josh: So much!

    • Megan: You guys make me sick. Maybe I should check into Saint Illness.

    • Megan: Hey, could you do me a favor and tell me if this hurts? (shoots him with a rubber)
      Josh: Owww! Yeah, it hurts.
      Megan: Cool, thanks!
      (somebody calls the door)
      Mailman: Package for Josh Nichols.
Josh: Thanks, have a good day.
Mailman: Don't tell me what to do.

    • Drake: You mean you would torture us with the smell of food while we're starving up here?
      Megan: Yeah, pretty much. Yeah.
Drake: Ok, that's a new low even for you.
Megan: Really, because I think that's a new high for me.

    • Drake: How are you going to attach it?
Josh: I have my emergency dental floss.
      Drake: Of course you do.

    • Drake: At least bring me a snow con!
      Josh: CONE!
      Drake: Oh, whatever!

    • Josh: Hey there little squirrel! I'm just going to attach this note to your tail.
      (the Squirrel bites Josh)
Drake: Okay, I know you're hurting, but that was really funny.

    • (Drake looks at squirrel then at Josh)
Josh: You will not eat that squirrel!
Drake: I don't want to eat it.
Josh: Then what are you going to do?
Drake: I'm going to write a note and attach it to its tail.
Josh: Yes, cause when I see a squirrel, the first thing I do is check its tail for messages!
      Drake: It can't hurt, right?
Josh: Fine, at least let me do it. I don't trust you wuth wildlife after what you did to that dolphin.
Drake: I just wanted a ride.

    • Drake: (reading the instructions) Insert the fuel pod into the rocket´s fui... fus.. fu...
      Josh: Sound it out.
      Drake: Fu.. fuselege..
      Josh: Fusilage!!!
Drake: Like I work for NASA!

    • Josh: But we have dates tomorrow!
      Drake: With hot twins.
      Walter: Tough squash.
      Drake: Squash?
      Josh: I-I-I don´t know, he says... things that... I don´t, I don´t know...

  • NOTES (2)

    • When Drake and Josh are trapped in the treehouse starving, Drake says he wishes he could have an "Inside out Burger". This is clearly a reference to the popular west coast burger chain restaurant: "In 'n' Out Burger".
