Okay, I got another email from Matt and he said...

hey there. oddly enough, comedy central called last week and asked if we are still into doing the movie. we said yes and all they need to do is call our agent and make it official. they never called.

So, I'm hoping they call REALLY soon.

It doesn't sound likely, after all it's been a whole week and they havn't call their agents. TBH it sounds like CC are playing games and I don't like it, .

Well, it sounds like they're still interested. They aren't cruel enough to call and ask to just be joking about it. They might have things they need to do before they call. Or maybe they have things thay want to talk about with the creators before it's official. You never know.

Not that cruel? I'd have to differ on that opinion, after all, they make us wait a year for the second half of season 3, they still haven't actually offically said that the series is canceled and how long have we been waiting for a definate confirmation on the movie and my all time favrite.... THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN RELEASED SEASON 1 ONE ON DVD IN ENGLAND!!!!

I don't think they have very much control over them. They might, but why should a US network have to worry about releasing a DVD in England?

More sales = more money for CC and trust me, theres definitly the popularity over here for plenty of money to be made.

But that doesn't really have to do with the same kind of cruelty they would be showing by calling someone saying they still want the movie and getting those peoples hopes up when they never even planned to have the movie.

I'm from England and only just watched them all, and i agree you would get a fair amount of DVD sales over here. Crying shame they've pulled the plug. Still hold out for a movie tho

It's as legal as ordering them online from an American retailer.
