    SORRY!
    haha
    I've been busy.
Nothing happened to me. I just emailed Matt about it and he said they talked to CC a lot this week and they should know for sure about if it will be made by next week.

    Again, sorry for my absence.

    Awesome!

Since it may be their last effort, and it won't air on tv, the movie will probably be filthy...heh

I think it might air on tv. Comedy Central has aired the first of four Futurama movies and split them into 4 seperate episodes (and played the full movie too) and will do the same with the next 3. So I think they might air the DT movie as a whole, or in 4 seperate parts.

    YES! YES! THANK YOU GOD!

As much as it would be "Pushing our luck". I wonder if the DVD movie could bring hope for a 4th season.

Also, I wonder what the plot will be? Will it give the series closure? Will they have to leave the house for good? Will any one-time characters like the Veggiefables, Scroto or the Terminator return? Who will be the most prominent character(s) in the story? And most importantly....HOW MUCH FILTH WILL THEY GET AWAY WITH!?!

Oh well, we'll just have to wait and see......

....I know Matt said it's a small budget, but did he give any actual figures or numbers?

No. I'll get more info as it comes. They're just getting started so I doubt they know much about the story themselves.

I think the only voice actor they were having trouble with was Cree Summer (Voice of Foxxy Love). It was mentioned on the DVD commentary for "Drawn Together babies" that they might not be able to afford her so they wanted to get a crack whore to do the voice instead (Though this was most likely a joke as they had Matt going around outside with a cell phone and calling them to "Update" them on the crack whores during the commentary).

I think the whole thing was a joke. They prolly will get Cree without any problems.

I got an emial from Matt. Apparently they are really struggling with the budget. And they CAN'T afford Cree, as of right now. Hopefully Comedy Central will come to their senses and make the budget bigger.

Oh, for f**k sake! Why are CC being so tight with the budget anyway? The DVD movie will probably be the last we'll EVER see of Drawn Together anyway. Why not give them a decent budget so the network fat cats can think "Let's just get this out of the way so we can make s**tloads of money from South Park and Mind of Mencia."?

How much more money do they need to get Cree anyway? Do they even have the rest of the cast and enough to do the same style of animation they've always done?

I don't know what the budget is. But it sounds like they're running out, and they just started. So I think they'll need to get more. The cast probably isn't cheap, with Tara Strong and Adam Corolla. I don't know what they have and don't have as of now, but I think I will soon. And the animation is also really expensive I guess. So I'm not sure.

........I envy you.....Although I can do Wooldoor and Spanky (As well as a crappy Hero and Xandir) so it's all good.

It just wouldn't be the same without the entire original voice cast.

It would be a miracle if they got renewed after the movie.

With the budget problem, I'm still at the point where it'll be a miracle if we ever get the movie.

The movie will be animated in the crude style that we saw in Breakfast Food Killers, without the help of the slave children....
