Donkey Kong
After Xandir insists that Toot is not a hideos beast, the screen cuts to a parody of the original Donkey Kong arcade game, where Xandir is acting as Mario and Toot as Donkey Kong.

The Jetson
When Foxxy is sleeping with Scooby Doo and Marvin the Martian, she refers to Scoobs as "Astro," which was the name of The Jetson family dog.

Cape Fear
When Foxxy is first shown in jail, the music playing, along with her bench-pressing and change of appearance is a direct reference to Martin Scorsese's 1991 film Cape Fear. Robert DeNiro's character is first seen in jail doin exactly the same thing.

Colonel Sanders
When Foxxy is released from prison she is given a list of the names of people who put her in there. One of them is called 'The Colonel'. Later, she is seen killing him by slicing off his head and he runs around like a chicken, clucking noises included. These are references to Colonel Sanders, founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

Foxxy: Oh, Fat Allen...come out and play-ee-ay.
Foxxy's call is a nod to the 1979 movie The Warriors.

Toot: I love you, muu-muu!
When Toot throws her cap in the air and freezes, it's a nod to the 70's sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show.

Harold and Kumar
The Indians say that the king is the guy from the movie Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. Wich would probably be Kal Penn who played Kumar.

Kill Bill
The killing montage Foxxy goes through to get revenge is lifted right from Quentin Tarantino's popular 2003 action flick, Kill Bill. Also, The corrections officer, upon her release from prison, also hands back her "Hatori Hanzo" sword, which was the maker of "The Bride's" samurai sword in the film.

Cartoons in bed
The cartoons Foxxy has in her bedroom are Scooby Doo and Marvin the Martian from Looney Tunes.

India's culture
There are three accurate references to this country's major religion. When one of the men sprouted four additional arms to carry Toot, it is a reference to Vishnu, who is a six armed Hindu god. When a woman gets a third eye during the musical montage, it is a reference to the fact that Indians believe that by meditating hard enough, a 'third eye' will appear in the middle of the forehead, allowing for the truth to be seen more clearly. Finally in India, people really do revere the cow (albeit not to the degree they did with Toot.) In India, it's considered a sacred animal and it is forbidden to eat a cow in that country.

Orval Redenbacher
Orval Redenbacher was shown during Foxxy's killing spree. Orval was famous for creating a brand of popcorn.
