Drift Season 1 Episode 1

Chazz Palminteri as Captain Joseph DiCaro was the first actor to be cast in this pilot. The announcement was on February 24, 2006. Vanessa Ferlito joined the cast as Georgia Fields on March 10, 2006. Naelee Rae was added on March 10 aslo to play Maddie, Ray's daughter. Jason O'Mara joined the cast as Ray on March 17, 2006, however if his current series In Justice and Drift are both picked up Ray would be recast. Marcia Gay Harden joined the cast as Ray's therapist Cheryl on March 23, 2006. The last cast member added was Amy Carlson on March 30th, she is playing Lauren, Ray's estranged wife.
