Good I love this show, and I was beginning to get worried that it was going to be canceled because I hadn't heard anything about a 3rd season. I am so glad it will be coming back!!

It seems like it will be aired in the summer of 2011. I just googled it. So we have a long wait ahead..

Actually if you look on the lifetime website, they actually said June

Absolutely agree with you about Judge Owen. He's such a good match for Jane. Here's information on the next season: Drop Dead Diva Renewed for Season 4

Lex Medlin tweeted about a week ago that he has been added as a regular. So they are definitely keeping Owen around for awhile
