What happened to Everett Peck between Duckman and Squirrel Boy?

    Did he lose his creativity or funny bone or something? How did he go from making something as awesome as Duckman, a fast-paced hilarious riot of a cartoon to making one of the most bland, humorless, universally hated cartoons of the new millenium? Did he just have connections to better writers back then (Jeff Reno, Ron Osborn, Michael Markowitz)?
