Well... We known Mrs. Beakly is Webby's grandmother.

That Launchpad's father is named Ripcord (and that Launchpad definetly takes after him!), his mon's named Birdie and he has a kid sister named Loopy.

I know Mr. McD had (are they still around?) two sister Hortese and Matilda, that Hortese was Donald's mom....and the trins are his grand-nephews.... donald had a sister name Della (orginally Dumbella) who is the trins' mom....

    Single

It's LAUNCHPAD. He's not in Talespin. He SHOULD of been, I lot of people THINK he was (they can't believe Disney was that dumb, neither...) He's Scrooge's pilot. The less said about DW the better.

Donald has been dating Daisy Duck like forever.

    firetoon12 wrote:

Donald doesn't have any kids and isn't married.

    firetoon12 wrote:

Yes, Huey, Duey and Louie are Donald's nephews. Their father is unknown. Some fans have dubbed him Daniel Duck. Their mother is Della (Dumbella) Duck, Donald's sister. They live with Donald because Della left them with him and never came to pick them up again. Reason for this was that the kids launced a fire-cracker under their dad's chair (this was revealed in the first newspaper comic they appeared in, written by Ted Osborne and drawn by Al Taliaferro).

Scrooge McDuck's mother is believed to have died a long time ago (this was stated by comic book artist Don Rosa in his stories). Scrooge is and will always stay single. He doesn't have any kids.

Scrooge dying in 1967 is not acknowledged by most Disney artists. In fact, the only artist I know about who believes Scrooge died in 1967 is Don Rosa, the artist who originally came up with that idea. Even Carl Barks, the artist who created Scrooge, didn't think Scrooge died at any moment. He wrote many stories with Scrooge in it after he retired, after 1967. The last one was in 1994. Cartoon characters like Scrooge shouldn't be treated like real life characters, meaning they can live forever.

No, 'ScroogeMcD12345' is wrong. There is no comic in whicg Scrooge dies. Until this day, comics continue to be made featuring Scrooge. He's a very popular comicbook character in Europe. The only comicbook artist who thinks Scrooge died, is Don Rosa, who wrote and drew 'The life and times of Scrooge McDuck'. But even he didn't draw Scrooge dying, because Disney does not allow that.

You're not the only one who didn't know about the comic. Disney never advertised it during the tv show, nor sold it (or any other Disney comic) in candy stores. Only in speciality stores (which a LOT of area don't have) where 8-12 year old seldom shop and on the internet where you need a credit card to buy them. LOVELY.

And Disney gets mad at Ducktales fans for not knowing about Carl Barks. Who's fault is that except Disney's? I bought Marvel, DC and Harvey comics at candy stores. Once in a blue moon I saw and bought a Disney (Dell, gold key, whitman, whatever) comic at a junk store. Not once did I see one in a candy store.

SELL YOUR COMICS WHERE THE KIDS ARE!!!

That goes for Marvel and DC, too! I see fewer and fewer comics for sales in candy stores in recent years. Which may help explain why comic book sales are down. speciality stores are fine, but you got to bring your product to it's consumers, not expect them to come to you.

We have never meet Donald's parents, and thus know how are either is mom or dad related to Scrooge McDuck. Since he has a different last name I think Scrooge is on Donald's mother's side of the family, so Donald's mother is either Scrooge's sister of cousin.

In the comic 'Race to the South Seas' from 1949, written and drawn by Carl Barks, Donald says to his cousin Gladstone: "My mother's brother is my uncle and that's Scrooge McDuck, the richest Duck in the world!" This is also the relation like Barks drew it it in his private family tree-sketches. Don Rosa used these sketches for his own family tree and his series 'The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck', in which both Hortense McDuck (Donald's mother) and Quackmore Duck (Donald's father) appear in person for the first time.
