Did anyone have Ducktales for the Nintendo when they were a kid.  I absolutely loved that game.  It was made by Capcom, the makers of my other classic favorite, "MegaMan".  It also had MegaMan's gameplay selection of alowing you to tackle the stages in any order you wanted to.  I still remember this video game fondly, as it was one of the best Toon to Game conversions I have ever played.

I read somewhere awhile back that there was a Ducktales 2 for NES, and it was one of the last games released for the system.  I'd never known about that, I'd sure love to give that game a shot someday, but I always get outbid when I go after it on Ebay.

The music in the game was as memorable as the show, and with locations such as Transylvania, The Amazon, and the Moon, there was all sorts of treasure for scrooge to dig up.  The goal was to outdo Glomgold and remain the richest duck in the world by the end of the game.  What a blast, I think I'll go dig through the closet and find my NES later..

I'm hoping that DuckTales will find its way onto Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console for download in the near future!

Yeah that would be awesome, I never owned a NES, so didn't get to play that version, although I've played the Game Boy and PC game.
