How many kids would NOT have a clue who Scrooge McDuck is if it wasn't for "Ducktales".

I know Scrooge is very popular in Europe, where Disney comics still come out every week. He's in almost every publication, which sell very well, especially among kids.

Seeing that Ducktales reached issue # 50 and beyond in some parts of the globe (according to inducks), I can't see why Disney couldn't sell BOTH and make MORE money.

Guess: in other counties, said comics are sold in candy stores like God intended and they are cheaper or have more pages, or both.
