Well, anyone in their right minds knew that Elaine fancied Fraser from the very beginning but in the last couple of minutes of this episode she told Dief all about it. Funny and cruel at once ... you have to pity poor Elaine.
The story plays as the title already suggests in Chinatown of Chicago. One man tries to get everybody to pay him for leaving them alone but a couple of businesses try to resist - one of them is a Chinese restaurant where Fraser and Ray have dinner. Dief has to stay outside because a sign says "no dogs allowed" - he is upset about it and Ray makes fun of him and for that pours Dief guilt over Fraser all through the episode :))
Fraser shows off yet another thing he learned from his granparents - Chinese! Ray tries to order and doesn't get anywhere then Fraser takes over and it's no problem at all.
anyways ... the main story is about Chinese mafia, FBI and honour. The Chinese mafia kidnaps the son of the restaurant's owner to finally get him on his knees - Frasier tries to help but then the FBI and Clever and Smart steal the case from Ray and Fraser. The FBI bugs Ray to find out what they know and then they are loud and like an elephant in a ... The FBI nearly get everybody killed until Fraser and Ray save the day (by saving the restaurant's owner and his son).
Overall very good episode with great dialogue!
