To train for the upcoming tournament, Shobu travels to a distant world full of random events and all sorts of wacky stuff. Unfortunately, Shori's gone off wandering again, leaving his wife and kid behind to pick up the slack. Sheesh, what is it about Japanese dads leaving their families behind and it's accepted? Oh well, as long as he pays child support. I guess that's why he can't afford a new cape, he's spending all of his earnings to support his wife (who seems to do nothing but vaccum, cook, and talk to Fritz the Squirrel on the phone) and his kid, who's traveling around the world by himself even though he's still in grade school.
