Show Summary

Duets on ABC is a singing competition show that takes the superstar judges out from behind the panel and onto the stage. The judges include Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Nettles, Lionel Richie, and Robin Thicke. Proteges from all of the country will be selected to perform in front of a live studio audience.

The wrong person was eliminated on the last show, for me Olivia seems more concerned about how she looks and sounds as opposed to Meleania whose voice was much strong.

I agree with mijonizer, the last duet with kelly clarkson was really good and their voices blended so well in the song "stronger" by kelly clarkson, and she got second to last? What kind of scoring system is that? She should have been at least top 3 if not number 1. Don't know if I will keep watching after that.

Bad Scoring Format

Although the concept was good, the performances quite good, the scoring system makes no sense. Having the mentor/judges compete, and be the only source of scoring, doesn't work for me. Not likely to follow very closely.
