Bo: Luke, you going somewhere?
Luke: You bet I am. And I hate long good-byes.
Bo: Now wait a minute. Aren't you forgetting that half this car still belongs to me?
Luke (pulls out a wad of cash in his pocket and slaps it in Bo's hand): I just bought out your half.

Bo: Me and Daisy can take all that stuff you've been handing out all day, but you got no call talking to Uncle Jesse that way!
Luke: Let me give you a piece of advice. Stay outta my business or you're gonna be breathing from 'tween your ears.

Luke: Bo, do your mouth a favor and keep it shut.

Enos: Shucks, I know you didn't mean what you said.
Luke: Well, I'd like to shake your hand, Enos, but I meant every word of it.
Bo: Luke Duke, I oughta punch your lights out for that!
Luke: You can try. Listen, you ain't had a beating since you was little.

Luke's holding a gun on Bo.
Luke: Hold it right there, Bo.
Bo: Luke, you don't wanna use that gun on me.
Luke: Nah, you're dead wrong about that.
Bo: Now if I don't put a stop to this stuff here and now you gonna spend the rest of your days behind bars. I don't think you want to do that.
