    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • After going into Hazzard Pond, Enos and Cletus successfuly raise Boss and Rosco on their C.B. radio. But how could it work while submerged in water? And why does it not short out until the end when Rosco tries to use it?

    • QUOTES (1)

      • Uncle Jesse: I'm going in to have a heart-to-heart talk with J.D. and get these kids their money back.
Vance: Uncle Jesse, let me and Coy go.
Uncle Jesse: Why should I let you go?
Coy: Uncle Jesse, you'll just get your insides all riled up.
Uncle Jesse: What about your insides?
        Coy: Cast iron.

    • NOTES (2)

      • As this was actually the first "Coy and Vance" episode to be filmed, dark-haired Vance is seen wearing Luke's traditional blue shirt in this episode, while blonde Coy wears Bo's cream shirt (a number of publicity shots shows them dressed like this). From the next filmed episode, "The New Dukes" (the pair's arrival on-screen), the colors were swapped around, for Coy to wear (plain) blue and Vance to wear cream.

      • Although Byron Cherry and Christopher Mayer were introduced as Coy and Vance in the previous episode, this episode was the first one filmed with them (as reflected in the production number).
