    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • Daisy's yellow car is seen in this episode again despite having been driven over a cliff in the previous season (The Runaway). This was because the episodes were aired in a different order to what was originally intended.

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Uncle Jesse: How are we gonna get to the farm before Rosco does? He's twenty miles closer than we are.
        Luke: By road.
Bo: And who needs a road?

      • Rosco: Don't you come any nearer, either.
Luke: Why would anybody in their right mind wanna come closer to you?

      • Bo: Cousin, I don't know about you, but I feel a might silly crashing a bridal shower.
Luke: Well, that could be because, well, with the exception of Daisy, you've been practically engaged to ever one of them girls in there...including the future bride.

    • NOTES (2)

      • The opening credits of this episode show a Police patrol car jumping over a ravine in place of the General Lee performing the same stunt. This is the only episode with this version of the opening credits. (In reality, the episode is the second episode of the second season, where the editors where still deciding what shots to use).

      • This episode was originally produced as the second episode of the second season, and intended to be broadcast much earlier but was held back for reasons unknown. By the time it was finally broadcast, Hughie had already been seen as Temporary Sheriff in the season season's "Arrest Jessie Duke".
