If the date of the part before Eddy is knocked unconscious is the same as the episode's airing date the year would be 2094, give or take. Wouldn't things be slightly modernized, like Kevin's scooter?
In this episode, Eddy falls uncounsious with lots of stuff falling on his head. But in Cry Ed, Ed drops a house on Eddy but Eddy does not fall uncounsious.
When Eddy is first shown as an old man, he has teeth. At the end of the show, though, he doesn't have any teeth.
When Eddy is knocked out, he and Ed still has Rolf's hair style. When he wakes up towards the end of the show, however, he and Ed both have their regular hair again.
Why is it that the neighborhood has remained unchanged? Everyone still lives in their old houses and even Eddy's bedroom is the same. There would have to be some difference in the neighborhood, besides the dusty garage and wheelchair ramps, considering that ninety years have passed.
Despite being over one hundred years old, none of the neighborhood kids have grown at all. There would have to be some difference in their height considering that they are so old.
in 90 years, how is Wilfred still alive? A pig doesn't live that long! Though this could be a descendant.
Response to above: "Tout Le Monde", means "everyone" in French, so instead of writing everyone's name, why not just write "everyone"?
One credit says "Tout Le Monde" but the "Storyboard By" was missing.
Old Eddy: We look like TURKEYS!
Old Eddy: PRUNES?!
Old Eddy: HEY! ANTONUCCI! WAKE ME UP!
Old Jonny: (about Old Nazz) She still got it. Huh, Eddy? Old Eddy: Got what? Liver spots?
Old Eddy: What happened to us Double D? We look like turkeys! Old Double-D: Calm down Eddy, I'll let you shuffle. Old Eddy: I hate cribbage! I'm just a kid.(Old Double-D laughs and wheezes) Old Double-D: Kid? Ho ho Eddy, why we haven't been kids in over 90 years! Old Eddy: 90 YEARS!?
Old Rolf: Rolf's tractor is not for sale!
Old Eddy: (While telling the other eds about retrieving the jawbreakers) Just follow me. Old Ed: Too late, I already went Eddy.
Old Ed: Cribbage gives me gas!
This episode is the third episode where all of the Eds get jawbreakers. The first was "The Ed-Touchables", and the second was "Brother, Can You Spare An Ed?".
Fourth wall breaker: Old Eddy shouting "HEY ANTONUCCI, WAKE ME UP!
There were two cut scenes of this episode where we see the old Kankers and we also see that they have kids.
The only people we don't see old are The Kankers. (Although, they were in a deleted scene)
Season four finale.
Eddy's garage has a clapping system for the lights in his garage.
Running gag: Old Eddy somehow getting his cane back after getting rid of it.
According to all scenes displayed in this episode, the Eds really are old. However, their age will somehow be restored. Reason being, is because Cartoon Network has ordered two new seasons, and previews of these new episodes show the Eds young again.
Though it still shows all of the main characters, they're all adults. So this is the very first episode to actually show adults, from head to toe.
This was to be the final episode of Ed, Edd n' Eddy, but Cartoon Network ordered two more seasons.
Double-D gets a cat in the future.
Double-D says they haven't been kids in about 90 years, so that means they're about 102 years old.
Name: The name in the scene where the old man Eddy yells "HEY! ANTONUCCI! WAKE ME UP!" is referencing the creator of the show, Danny Antonucci.
Take This Ed and Shove It: Song
The titel of this episode is a parody of the country song 'Take This Job and Shove It'.
Old Double-D: "... my cat, Niels Bohr..." Niels Bohr was a scientist who helped develop theorize how electrons moved around the nucleus in an atom.
