How Ed got inside of Rolf's house in the beginning before being fired out in the cheese-wheel like item is never revealed.
Why would anyone leave an unattended car unlocked when someone, in this case Eddy, can get in?
This episode does take place in the winter and everyone is dressed in their outerwear to keep this warm. If that's the case, then why is Ed not bothered by the weather.
Jonny got a sunburn when he was trying to convince everyone there were aliens at Rolf's house. But when he shows everyone there were aliens his sunburn was gone!
It was never explained on how Ed got fired out of Rolf's roof and put inside an cheese wheel-like structure.
How could lighting the furnace all the way up in Rolf's house be enough to melt the snow all around his house?
Edit: Unless She turned it up WAY too high! It might have had some Heat escape, Therefore, Melting the Snow
Jonny: No, not an Ottoman!
Ed: Don't look at the camera. Don't look at the camera.
Jimmy: Sarah... robot wiggly! Robot wiggly!
Ed: Issue 14, Zombie Aliens from Planet Rhubarb states: "More than often it is required to bait said aliens with a human female to lure potential flesh consuming extraterrestrials from their lair".
Nazz: That's so dumb!
(Everyone surrounds her & it fades to her being tied/dressed up in front of Rolf's house)
(Grabs Eddy as he runs out the door & drags him back inside)
Rolf: Ed boy you must stay, Nana sees the foot-rest potential in your "flat as a pancake" head.
Eddy: Ahhh no let me go, I don't wanna be an ottoman! Help.. Ed, Double D!
(Ed hurls a trash can full of bowling balls towards Rolf's house. They all miss and roll around his house.)
Ed: Gutterball!
Edd: I hope you're going to pick those up.
Sarah: THEY GOT ME!
Ed:I`m coming baby sister!
Eddy:No Ed!{Eddy then pulls Ed}They will suck out your brain!{Eddy sees Jimmy in the mailbox and pull it sending Jimmy to Sarah.}
Aside from the specials, this is the first episode to take place in the winter.
The Kankers didn't appear in this episode.
This is second nightmare sequence to be shown, the first one in Rock-a-bye Ed.
This is the second time Ed does wear underwear through out the episode. The first time was in Hot Buttered Ed.
Reply: Actually, it's not the second, it's the third. The second time was in "Run For Your Ed".
Ed was only in his underwear in this episode
This is the most screen time Nazz has had in the whole show in which she actually gets to speak in.
Rolf's family looks like they have squid or octopus heads.
These "octopus heads" are hat-like substances that are traditionally worn in Rolf's country.
Probably the first time in ages we see Nazz laugh for a reason, usually in season 5-present we'd see her laughing without reason
According to The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Plank is a spy for the aliens
Part 2 of 5 in Cartoon Network Invaded.
Apparently, Edd has been looking forward to meeting Rolf's family for some time.
The UFO seen at the end looks like the one from Camp lazlo.
This episode was aired to be a part of Cartoon Network's Invasion mini-series throught all of May 2007.
Fourth Wall Break: While the kids are suiting up, Ed says, "Don't look at the camera!".
First appearance of Rolf's relatives, though they are only shown as silhouttes.
This episode is sometimes referred to as "The Eds are Coming, The Eds are Coming"
When Kevin whistled at Sarah and again at Johnny its the same whistle from the theme song.
Edd states that Ed has help Rolf with work at his house before, referring to events that happened in "Will work for Ed" and "Who's minding the Ed?"
This is the fourth episode to take up the whole half-hour (not including the other specials).
When Johnny is screaming about seeing aliens at Rolf's house, he runs in panic around Eddy. If you pay attention, you can see Eddy's head do a complete 360 degree turn as he watches Johnny run around him.
We finally see what Jimmy's dreams are like.
Ghostbusters
The way how Eddy wears an orange suit and has a weapon that has a water container is a parody of Ghostbusters.
Gutterball:
This references to the game of bowling were if the balls go off the lane it would go into a gutter like area.
Credits: Look at the credits at the end of the episode. The character Mr. Sun is credited as "Lupo D. Butcher". This is a play on one of Danny's old animations Lupo the butcher. Although he is credited, it is unknown if Danny or someone else played Mr Sun.
Bowling-
Gutter Ball: When Ed assaults Rolf's house and misses (hitting the fence instead) he yells gutter ball (which is what happens when the ball goes into the 'gutter' thus missing the pins)
Pick up: After Ed yells gutter ball, Edd responds by stating 'I hope you are going to pick those up' which most likely refers to a pick up (second try in bowling)
Nazz being offered to the aliens, toward the end, was a clear reference of the classic flim, King Kong.
When Double D is doing research of aliens with Ed's comics, the alien in the comic Double D opens is similar to the aliens in the movie, "Brain Sucking Aliens from the Moon" from the also Invaded Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends episode, "Cheese A Go-Go".
The Ed's Are coming: The British are coming!
This is taken from the popular phrase told by Paul Revere while riding his horse to warn people that the British were on there way during The American Revolution.
Nazz: Aloe Vera
When Jonny goes red in the face after talking about the aliens, Nazz offers him some Aloe Vera, a common skin soothing lotion.
