This is the first episode to feature kissing on the lips, though it was between Edd and Eddy, and only to keep Kevin from revealing Eddy's middle name.
Ed knew how to play Tic-Tac-Toe in Who Let the Eds In, but does not how in this episode. Reply: Since he's not that brainy he might've forgotten how to play it.
In this episode Eddy lives at 220 Rathink Ave, but in "To Sir with Ed" Eddy lived at 200 Rathink Ave.
Ed: A fine example of who-know-what-he-is.
Edd: Something very strange is going on here... Ed: Yea, that you stink at this game, Double-D!
Jonny: Where'd everyone go?! Edd: Ed, give Jonny his eyes back.
Jonny: Turn me and Plank into candles, Eddy!
Edd: (While the kids are making fun of Eddy) Eddy, can I talk to you please? Eddy: Not now, Edd. Can't you see I'm trying to bend to one's yolk? Edd: Very well. I'll just tell your father you're busy. Eddy: (To Kevin) Remember Kev, loose lips sink ships! (Runs to Edd) What's my father want? Ed: (Scratching Ed's underarms with a back scratcher) Anybody got an itch to scratch? Edd: (To Ed, aggravated) Ed. (Pushes Ed away) Thank you. (To Eddy) I made up the father incident to lure you away, Eddy! What in Sam Hill's gotten into you? Look at yourself! Kevin's making a fool out of you in front of everyone! Ed: Yeah, it's usually me Eddy!
Eddy: (after Kevin told Eddy's middle name) Kevin, you jerk!! You weren't suppose to tell anyone!
(All the kids start making fun of Double-D's middle name) Nazz: My aunt's name is Marion! Sarah: Double-D, that's so cute! Rolf: Marion the Hungarian? Kevin & Jonny: No! Marion the Librarian! Eddy: Kids can be so cruel, huh, Ed? Ed: Got that right, SKIPPER!
(Double-D loses at tic-tac-toe again) Ed: I win! Double-D: Preposterous! This isn't how the game is played! I refuse to play under these absurd conditions! Ed: Aw, kitty-cat go meow?
(All the kids start to discreetly make fun of Eddy) Sarah: Hey, Eddy. Jimmy: How about a little SKIP rope, Friend? Jonny: Plank wants to know if you'll SKIPPER on our boat! Rolf: Look here, Ed-Boy; he who commands the boat must break many knots, yes? (Laughs) Kevin: Dude, that wasn't even remotely funny. Sarah: What sounds like dipper, rhymes with flipper, is close to zipper... Eddy: Shut up, Sarah! Sarah: But not a slipper - well, what do you know? It's Skipper! Kids: Skipper! Skipper! Skipper!
(Ed and Edd are playing tic-tac-toe, but Edd is concerned about Eddy) Double-D: Is it me or is something very peculiar going on here? Ed: Yeah, that you really stink at this game, Double-D.

We learn that Double-D's middle name is Marion.
The title of this episode is from a phrase "Your Name Here".
Edd: Middle Name Edd saying that his middle name is Marion is similar to the movie Antz, where the main protagonist, Z, says that his his middle name is Marion.
There is a reference to the 1957 musical "The Music Man" near the end of the episode. Edd reveals his middle name is Marion, and Kevin and Jonny chime in "No! Marion the Librarian!" Marion the librarian was a character in the musical "The Music Man".
Eddy: "Loose lips sink ships." During WWII one of the things not to do was talk about the military in relation to the content of what you talked about. This was prevalent when military men/women were on leave. The idea was that anyone could be a 'spy' and be working for the enemy.
Kevin and Jonny: "Marion The librarian!" Marion the librarian is a character in The Music Man.
