Ed: The past is all well and good. I feel I need to start working on my future.
Carol: No matter what changes, the past is always part of me.
Mark (telling Diane his true feelings): You're amazing. I've always thought you were amazing.
Ed (on being Carol's knight in shining armor): That moment was one of the greatest moments of my life and I have nothing to show for it.
Mark: Ok, if you can convince me that that is a poem, I will beat myself unconscious with a large rock.
Ed (his advice to Warren): If it's meant to be, you gotta do everything in your power not to let it slip away.
Diane (to Warren): Do you mind losing the bandito mask?
Warren (to Diane): Tonight your every foot fall should be cushioned by rose petals. And if I run out of rose petals, I have styrofoam peanuts.
Carol (to Dennis): I am so in love with you.
Mike: Ed, I'm going to get us a couple of extremely cold beers and you and I are going out on the back porch for a good old fashioned father-son talk.
Warren (while on a date with Diane): Normally we fight and everything's cool but for some reason, I'm rambling on about the history of french fries.
Warren (on curly fries): They're too complicated. It's like my tongue is taking an exam.
Ed (to Mike and Nancy): You guys do some more of your hilarious married people stuff.
Warren: We spent the first week hemming and the second week hawing.
Mike: You hear that whistle? It's the Carol train leaving the station.
