NBC thought lightning would strike twice, having this movie opposite the World Series (San Francisco Giants vs Oakland A;s). However this time, they struck out.
The 2nd tv-movie had Tommy changing paths from a rock singer/guitarist to a band manager. He even tried to look the part with the expensive convertible & the sharp clothes. I wasn't impressed, Tommy's no Reuben Kincaid.
When this movie aired originally, I was happy it was pre-empted by local weather bulletins covering Hurricane Jerry's trackings. Thank you hurricane Jerry.
This movie was a disappointment and as Simon Cowell puts it, "Absolutely dreadful". Thank you for reading my comments.
