Does anyone know what the status of EH will be after Harpers Island ends in June. I can't imagine why CBS is sticking this mini series in now. I mean I could understand running a fill in over the summer while EH is on summer hiatus, but why now? I have been watching EH from the beginning, and would be so disappointed if it didn't get renewed, especially if it was because it lost viewers, due to an early interruption !

Well, as far as I know Harper's Island is a mini series. And CBS fall schedule will be announced on May 20th, so we have to wait.
I'm sure the show will come back for season 2.

Medea was the last episode they made this season so I think they're just using the Harper's Island mini series to fill the gap until the Summer schedule. It's not meant to replace Eleventh Hour at all.

So far, CBS hasn't announced what it plans to do with EH. I hope it's renewed. It has decent ratings, so I think it stands a chance of being renewed.

Most or all of the Jerry Bruckheimer TV shows on CBS are filmed in Los Angeles I think. Is Eleventh Hour shot in Los Angeles as well?

According to Zap 2 It, as of 4/4/09, the show ranked 19th for the season and had a viewing audience of 11,230,000-which I consider to be pretty good. If the show managed to attract the key demographic crowd of 18-49 yr olds, I think that it has a very strong chance of being renewed for a second season.

I hope it's enough for CBS to bring it back. By the way, I love your avatar.

Hi moonriser and Dakotagirl. We are all very happy with our show, but we need to make sure we help its renewal along. Check out the "Let's save our show" thread to see what else you can do to assure that we get our EH back! They are easy and quick things to do, and just might make the difference just in case.

Thanks for your help and I hope to see you both on the boards more now....and in the next season!

Thanks for your answer to my question. I thought it may have been shot in British Columbia (the forest scenes), where The X Files was shot in it's first four seasons and Millennium during it's three year run.
