I have read that a second season is very unlikely because the manga - which I am entirely unfamiliar with - becomes nebulous. Given how smoothly each episode flows into the next and how seamlessly each of the plots and characters enmesh, I think that they would have a very difficult time coming up with something nearly as good as EL. Of, if they did, I would buy it on principle alone.

if you like EL you would like gunslinger girl not quite the same but vary close. or when they cry. both vary adult and awsome.

I wouldn't say that I liked EL, I would say that I totally loved the show! I have heard of gunslinger girl, but not when they cry. I have been on a huge anime binge since watching EL and Blood+, so I appreaciate your recomendations.

I at least hope they cant continue the anime to at least kind of finish the manga I guess you could say that, that way I wouldn't have to try to read the japanese manga.
