      • Paige: Did you find my mom?
Ellen: I think she may have started celebrating a tad early.
        Paige: She's passed out?
        Ellen: She's smashed.
Paige: Well, just let her sleep it off and we'll just prop her up for the wedding photos like we usually do.
Paige: (Finds a package on the counter) Oh my God. Oh my God.
        Ellen: What?
Paige: My mom forgot her pantyhose. We can't start the wedding with my mom not wearing pantyhose. It's a matter of pride with her.
Ellen: Pride? She's passed out flat on her back across three folding chairs!

      • Ellen: Hey Heather, how ya doing?
        Heather: Bite me.
Ellen: Paige, your sister's okay with me being maid of honor, right?
Paige: It doesn't matter what she thinks. If I chose Heather, the day would be all about her. I want you. I mean, the maid of honor's job is very important.
Ellen: What's the big deal? It's like being vice-president. You just have to look good and step in and marry the groom should someone shoot the bride.
Paige: It's more than that. Ellen, you're my plastic bubble.
Ellen: And you're my rubber ducky. What are you trying to say?
Paige: You know, "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble". Remember? Contact with the outside world made him sick. And I need you to keep me from things that make me sick - like any wedding problems, or contact with any immediate family.

      • When Spence threatens the puppeteer, he calls him Geppetto. Geppetto is the creator of Pinocchio in the various Pinocchio stories/movies.

      • In the first few minutes of this episode, there are a couple of John Travolta references - "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble" and "Get Shorty". Travolta was a reoccurring theme in Season 3.
