Emeril: (about the trifle) And then, I figured, hey, it's Christmas and New Years and all of those holidays, and Hanukkah. Why not spend $16.00 a pint for raspberries? I mean, right?
Emeri: (handing Aaron a dish of gumbo) Now, he knows gumbo, I'll tell you that. I can tell you that.
Aaron Neville: (tastes a spoonful) It's gumbo. Like, "bam," baby!
(Emeril is mixing up egg nog.)
Emeril: Doesn't that smell good already?
Elmo: No.
Emeril: Nice and sugary.
Elmo: (laughing) Just kidding.
Emeril: Elmo, you can be so funny.
Elmo: No, just kidding, just kidding.
Emeril: I'm telling you.
Elmo: Did you put any banana in that yet?
Emeril: Not yet, not yet.
Elmo: (hits at Emeril's arm) See? That's why it doesn't smell good yet! It just smells like raw eggs.
