Emeril's in the mood for spicy tonight, and just to make it fun he's invited some competitive eaters into the studio for four contests involving the hottest dishes he can create. But first, the Emeril Live crew visits the Fiery Foods Festival, Ohio's annual chili competition, and the eating contests there. (he begins putting on surgical gloves) So, uh, it's a good thing if you're gonna work with a lot of chili peppers, you could invest in a box of these things. Or the next time you go see your doctor (audience erupts in laughter) just, uh, ask him if you can borrow a few.
