Emily and Will work a patient dressed as a costumed character, and though Will immediately assumes that the man's symptoms are caused a psychotic episode, Emily isn't so sure. Dr. Bandari treats a powerful businesswoman who refuses to lighten her workload after suffering a heart attack. When the patient's husband tells Dr. Bandari that he plans to leave his wife after she recovers, Dr. Bandari starts to consider the fate of her own marriage. Meanwhile, Emily goes on a blind date with Cassandra's friend, but the night ends suddenly when her date suffers a serious allergic reaction.
