Followed by over a billion people worldwide, the Barclay's English Premier League is the most watched sports league and the most lucrative football (soccer) league in the world. Known for its blistering pace, displays of sublime skill from some of the most talented players in the world, as well as bone-crunching tackles from some of the world's most fearsome defenders, the Premiership (originally called the FA Premier League) held its first season in 1992-1993 and was comprised of 22 teams, as opposed to the 20 in the league today.     The english premier league is the greatest league in the world. it is watched by more people than any other league and its revenue is huge. it has some of the greatest players in the world both english and foreign and it is most players ambition to play there some day.
    some of the strongest teams are known all over the world Manchester united liverpool and aresnal to name but a few. the league is full of twists and turns with many upsets and exciting games!!!
    once the season starts it draws you in and you cant look away!!
    the football that is played is so amazing and strong!!!!

    Football is the greatest sport and the EPL is the greatest league. It has the most entertainment and excitement, the best players, the best teams and the best managers. No other league compares, Italy doesn't have the drama, Spain doesn't have the pace, and everyone else doesn't even come close.

    There's nothing better than sitting down at the weekend (or midweek) and watching a live match and just knowing that its going to keep you entertained for the next 90 minutes. So sit back get a nice drink and a bite to eat and prepare to watch the world's best sports league.moreless

    The English premier league has been a huge part of my life since I was born football is by far the best sport in the world much better than those American sports.
    I support Everton as you can see by looking at my user name and we have been in the best football league in the world for over one hundred years, at the momment we haven't won a major thing for many years but we are still going strong and I can see us winning something very soon hopefully.
    There are mny very strong teams in the league that are known all across the world like Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool that make this the most entertianing and best league in the world.moreless

    I love football, and I think that there is no other sport, in my opinion better than football. You can think what you like but that is my opinion. I love watching sport, and also playing it. I think the best league in the world is the Premiership. I also like the La Liga, but its nowhere near as good as the Premiership. I surrport Everton, I follow them with all my heart. There is so many brilliant teams in the Premiership such as, Manchester Untied, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton and dear I say it Liverpool. Many people think that Everton are a small club, which they are but thats only because Liverpool have more money. All in all football is the best sport ever. Its very entertaining to watch, I love it!moreless
