  • This was an OK episode, but they could do better.

Don't get me wrong, I love Entourage. It's one of the few shows i religiously watch. But this episode was a dissapointment. I chuckled a couple of times but no real full on laughs. The plot with E and Anna's boyfriend just was annoying and boring. Lloyd was funny and Ari made me chuckle as usual. But then Turtle trying to read scripts wasn't too funny. In my opinion he needs a new rapper, E needs to manage his time better (going to a photo shoot??), Drama and Vinnie are doing just fine.

So the series could have done better, and they didn't need this episode in the long run except the whole change of script explanationmoreless

Just as I would have thought - Anna and Eric being together is all ready causing some trouble for Vince and Eric's relationship. Eric is missing during the entire duration of the script drama that was caused by Billy not writing the script he was supposed to write. His character was written a lot better in this episode and I didn't hate him as much as I hated him earlier on in the season. We are coming in on the finale and it looks like it is going to end how the season began - with the conclusion we have all been waiting for. The big movie event is either going to blow all of our guys to shreds or its going to be a big hit. Personally, Vince has enjoyed some recent success even without the movies release yet. He is back living in a 30,000 a month house and having everything he wants. Much different from the guy who didn't have 100,000 to bet on a soccer game a little earlier on in the season. I think that everything is going to come crashing down. I think this will be a major flop and it will set the arch for a season five where Vince is no longer a movie star. Something has to go down. Maybe we will see the return of the really bitter director who has promised to get the boys back in any way that he can.moreless
  • This amazingly written episode of Entourage features some usual and unusual scenarios, all of which are hysterical.

    9.7
This season, most episodes have dealt with either Medillin, Lost in the Clouds, or absolutely nothing (The Day F**ckers). This episode dabs on all three themes, but adds some quirky, random, and memorable ingredients into the classic Entourage mix. Eric has a new client, Anna Farris, and being at her photo-shoot keeps him out of cell-phone range and forces him to deal with a problematic boyfried. Meanwhile, Walsh writes a script for Lost in the Clouds that actually has nothing to do with the book. The scenes with E managing Anna Farris are a hilarious look at his attempts to break from his nepotistic status. The character of Anna Farris' boyfriend is brilliant, especially the way he talks.

As usual, Jeremy Piven shines as Ari. The show's best actor has some scenes that will endure in Entourage lore, especially the shower scene. Drama and Turtle are forced to actually work for Vince due to E's absence, furhter conveying Drama's ridiculousness and Turtle's sloth. And Vince, he is his strong minded, idealistic self.

"Snow Day" not only has some major plot points, it can stand alone as the best non-documentary episode of season four yet.moreless
