In this episode it is revealed that Malucci has a child.
When Peter picks up Reese and turns his back to Romano, Romano signs to Reese that he should "Take care of your father."
Goof: When Carter and Abby are in the police car, he tells her that he's never been arrested, but he was arrested in the Season 4 episode "Obstruction of Justice."
Malucci: I need this job. You can't fire me. I have a kid to support.
Weaver: Since when? You never said anything about being a father.
Malucci: Did you ever ask? You don't know a damn thing about me.
Luka: I'm sorry I hurt you. I didn't want to hurt you.
Abby: You didn't hurt me.
Chen: (to Malucci) They say you're not a real doctor until you've killed a few patients.
Carter: Do you think he's going to press charges?
Abby: Well, we did kill his fish.
(before treating a kid with his hand stuck in the rear of a piggy bank)
Greene: Who's sick, you or the pig?
Kid: That's not funny. My hands hurts.
Greene: Think about how the pig feels.
Randi: Weaver's on the warpath. Run for your lives. Save yourselves.
Elizabeth: Mark, you didn't tell me she was in town.
Mark: I didn't know. She ran away.
Mark: To join the circus? I don't know. She and Jenn are having mother-daughter issues. I'm sure you know what that's like.
Elizabeth: I didn't run away from home.
Mark: No, of course not, 'cause your mother would have set the hounds out on you.
Elizabeth: Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Greene: (to Weaver) You can't get rid of him just because the two of you don't get along. Hell, if that were the case, you'd have to fire all of us!
Weaver: You know, I'm not going to justify my point of view to you!
(under the fire escape outside of Luka's apartment)
Abby: Can you give me a boost up there?
Abby: Just bend over.
Carter: You could at least buy me dinner first.
Greene: (to Weaver) Malucci is not the first doctor caught performing an unauthorized physical in the hospital.
Rachel: What about those old Led Zeppelin records you play?
Mark: They are albums, not records. They are vintage, not old.
Malucci: (to Weaver) Nazi dyke!
Abby: What are they going to arrest us for? Aquatic mischief?
Beginning with this episode, Rachel Greene is portrayed by Hallee Hirsh instead of by Yvonne Zima. In the "Previously on ER" segment, the shot of Rachel and Mark by the waterfront (from the Season 6 episode "Such Sweet Sorrow") was re-shot to feature Hirsh as Rachel.
