We start with Carol who is having hard morning and her mother is not giving her no space. We learn that this is the day for her for the test in medical school and she is doubting in her abilities. Also, this is the day she will find out what will become of her as a nurse in hospital - and she does not show much fate in there too, but she gets her job back.

The moving storyline in this serie is the one focused on Doug and Jad Houston - a boy who is going to die. He is now 18 and can make his decision - he wants the tube to be taken out and they do not promise him that he could breath on his own, but he does and he walks away, leaving her mum... and the way Doug tried to do anything to help him - moving but also the helpless feeling - like you want so badly but some people just don't let.

The same thing is happening with Mark and Doyle who are trying to get new hard for patience who was refused to get new one. Doyle is just always finding the cases she becomes so emotional (why she reminds me, even if a doctor, so my Sara Sidle - vegetarian, always taking things too hardly and emotionally and making her own rules). Despite Mark struggle and success in the end - the refusal comes from most unexpected place.moreless

    I love Marc Greene.
In this episode he has to convince the Psychiatrist he was suppose to date, but got having another date at the same time, to give the ok for a Down's syndrome patient to be on the list for a heart transplant. However the patients mother doesn't want her to have the surgery.

Doctor Ross takes the CF boy off the respirator now that he is of age and able to sign the consent forms himself.

Carol takes the exams to see if she can get into Med school.

Doctor Carter catches a serious surgical case that was over looked.

Doctor Benton confesses his depression to Doctor Hicks.moreless

    • Greg: I think we should start sleeping together. Jeanie: What? Greg: Sex. I think we should have some. In fact, I think we should have a lot. Jeanie: Are you sure? Greg: Hell, yeah, I'm sure.
