Carol is still struggling trough her fatal error and it seems to be the most fascinating storyline of this episode. Her feeling like she is drift away from the other nurses, the way she is not fitting in anymore and everybody looking at her as she is the one to blame.

And with all that guilt, she wants to fix a little and her way of doing it, is to find a way how to get the article, published about her mistake write - by doing that she makes just her bosses more angry and get suspension. On the other storylines - Greene decides to end his story with that nurse and very quickly meets handsome patience. Also he and Weaver got some punch of applicants and the results are surprising as Greene's method of teaching - into the action - makes applicants love ER, but Weaver's books and theoretical thing just makes everybody run away.

    In conclusion - nothing special.

This is a very good episodes of ER.

    Many issues in this episode.

I really liked Peter\\\'s reaction when seeing Carla in the ER. Without much hesitation he asks her if she is pregnant when finding out she is there to see an OBGYN.

Carter gets to give Benton another piece of his mind. This is the second time the two of them have had a private conversation since the death of...I forgot his name, but the character was played by Omar Epps.

Carol is put on leave after causing the death of a transient patient.

Chuney breaks it off with mark.

Jeanie deals with a case similar to her own.
