Has Dr. Benton ever called Dr. Carter by his first name?

    I've seen every episode from Season 1 to Season 6, but I've missed a lot from the later seasons, so one thing I was curious about...

    Peter and John have been friends for a long time, so I was curious (as my subject says): has Dr. Benton ever called Dr. Carter by his first name?

    I am pretty sure he didn't call him John then either. Except maybe when he was checking him into the rehab center, and then I think he said "John Carter" which I don't think counts. I'd say no, he's never called him anything but Carter.

    I think he does in the final series when Carter's in hospital waiting for his kidney transplant, or maybe in the bar afterwards.
