  • Cynthia is making many mistakes and they lead into promising moments. Plus things are going up...

Really good and promising episode. First the Cynthia's mistakes really made me laugh - all those little things she took wrong.. that note she read.. I was really thinking - poor Mark. He has so much to explain later and I am sad Carol did not get that note.

I also adored the case with little boy - really moving. All those doctors so excited and planning to write articles and publish.. noone thought about that little boy. What he was going trough and later - about father's feeling. People with ambitions and who are up for their own good - they just did not see what Benton did.

    Beautiful episode.moreless

    • Anna: Have you considered medical management? Treat the abscess with a course of Flagyl and Cipro before jumping into surgery? Carter: I'm willing to give a shot. Anna: No, no, no, wait. Are you just agreeing with me because you think that's what I want to hear or do you really believe that? Carter: What? Anna: I just don't want you agreeing with me just to please me. Carter: Believe me, I'm not. I've already considered several alternatives to surgery. Henry: You have? Carter: Shut up, Henry! Edit
    • Carol: Man, look at you! I hardly sleep a wink on the red eye and you're jogging and smiling. Mark: There's nothing like a visit with the folks to make you appreciate home sweet home. Carol: The staff will be thrilled. You know, you haven't been too high on the popularity list lately. Mark: Yeah, I've been kind of a jerk. Carol: Worse. Mark: Pain in the ass? Carol: Keep going. Mark: Total schmuck. Carol: Bingo. Edit
    • Benton: What about you? You got any kids? Romano: Ha! None they've been able to pin on me. Edit
