The storyline, not finished in last episode, continues. Weaver and Greene are trying to work out hospital policy for HIV positive workers but they do not make much progress but give nurses something to talk about.



We also get more focus of Charlie - a teenager from street who we have met before. She brings a baby to hospital and the baby needs a surgery and Doug wants to inform baby's mother. The woman comes to hospital, just to yell and accuse Doug and Charlie, who became quite friendly with Doug, yells at his face that he is just like everyone else.



The Jeanie storyline continues as nurses are trying to get answers and Mark starts talking about employee X, and this and all the pressure just makes Jeanie to come and tell everyone about his condition and nothing is same for her anymore. Charlie comes and finds Doug's place as she tells she cannot stay with the baby's mother anymore. They end up in Carol's house...
