Goof: The music playing in the ER at the beginning of the episode is a bhangra song, not Sihk rap, as Gallant refers to it.
The flag on Abby's hat is Norwegian.
Goof: Carter refers to a "C-140" flight to Kinshasa. The C-140 was a US Air Force version of the Lockheed JetStar four-engine business-type VIP transport airplane that was retired in the early 1990s. Carter probably meant to say C-130, a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft, also built by Lockheed.
Debbie: You really don't like the Dixie Chicks? Everybody likes the Dixie Chicks.
Debbie: Everybody with any taste.
(reading a Christmas card from the ER)
Carter: Oh my God! Dr. Romano died.
Kem: Was he a friend?
Carter: Umm, no... No, not really.
Abby: Where is she going?
Frank: Home, to wait for the ghost of Christmas past to show up.
