The bombing of an abortion clinic brings in many victims, pregnant women and protestors alike. Benton is temporarily suspended after his incident with Morgenstern comes to light, until Morgenstern decides to resign. Benton later shares a kiss with Corday. Carter cares for an elderly patient who appears to be the victim of neglect. Scott Anspaugh is buried. Anna walks out on a trauma involving a partial abortion, which doesn't please Weaver.moreless

    Morgenstern is making a decision and he sees that Benton has all the things he used to have and what he is now. He made a mistake because a man died. And the professor was not the only man who died. Scott is gone too and they are in funeral. And it is hard time to Jeanie.



    Carter tries to help a elder man and ends up being in dilemma not being sure what was best - to send him to social house or let him stay with is son. And after a took with Morgenstern Benton ends up in Cordey's door...moreless

    • Though spelled correctly when he is listed as the series creator in the opening credits, Michael Crichton's last name is incorrectly spelled "Chrichton" when he is listed with the other executive producers in the end credits of this episode. This mistake was repeated in most of the Season 4 episodes and in all of the Season 6 episodes.

    • This episode marks the final appearance of William H. Macy as regularly recurring character Dr. David Morgenstern. Macy would reprise the role once more, eleven years later, in the Season 15 episode "A Long, Strange Trip."
