In the opening shot, when Bennet Cray is applying his makeup, we hear an instrumental version of the song "Delilah Blue" by Joshua Kadison. The song is about two old transvestites living together and remembering their past, fitting perfectly with the story line for this episode.
Goof: When Neela is looking at the photos at the end of the episode, first the photos are in a vertical position, then, in the next shot, they are in a horizontal position. In the next second, they return to the vertical position.
Morris: So, are you loving motherhood? Abby: Yeah, it's, ah, it's bizarre.
(As he gives baby Joe, who's spitting up, back to Abby) Morris: Ok, you'd better take him. He's starting to get gross.
Abby: How's surgery? Neela: My new chief is such a rectal tissue, it's all misery.
(talking about baby Joe) Morris: He looks more like Kovac. Abby: They say they usually look more like the father in the beginning. It's natures way of making sure Daddy doesn't get all insecure, and club us to death.
Hope: Have you accepted Jesus into your heart? Morris: Jesus from accounting?
Bennett Cray: It's all a beautiful lie that we tell ourselves. But it makes us feel better.
Gates: Your...ah...mascara is running. Bennett: It was a long night.
