Goof: In the last scene where Mark is talking to Carol, at one point the camera is on Mark with Carol out of focus in the background, and though you can see her talking, there is no audio of her words.
Goof: When Mark is helping Elizabeth re-order the transparencies she had dropped prior to their boarding the El, the first red one he gives her shows a footprint on it, though he only comments that it is a bit crumpled. When handing her a different red transparency, the script has him mention that it has the footprint on it, though clearly it does not. Apparently the props were not marked up too well.
Goof: When Coco's baby is brought in, he has received no medical care. The umbilical cord hasn't even been clamped, but it can be seen that he's been circumcised.
Goof: After Carter runs over a pedestrian at night, the next scene shows the beginning of the morning. The next scene, the patient that Carter had in his ambulance is brought in. The sequence of events goes from night to day in too short a period of time.
Goof: It's been well established that Dr. Benton is a vegetarian, yet at the gathering after the funeral he is seen putting fried chicken on his plate.
Peter is sent to La Verne, Mississippi, which is in fact a fictitious town. Additionally, in the episode it is established that the closest hospital is 80 miles away in Green Cove, Mississippi, which is also a fictitious town.
Goof: In the scene where Ross is talking to Joi, Ricky, who cannot move himself, is lying on his side in a fetal position. When Mark comes in to get Ross, Ricky is suddenly on his back.

Goof: The top worn by the woman in labor changes from being spotted when she is in the car to a solid blue when they are rolling her into the trauma room.
Ruth Johnson is celebrating her 100th birthday. She was born in this hosiptal. County General has been open for 100 years. These storylines are to recognize that this is the 100th episode of the series.
Goof: In the Season 5 episode "Stuck on You," Mark needs a place to stay for a few days because his apartment is being fumigated. However, he now tells Doug and Carol that he can't move back home due to asbestos removal.
Goof: During the scene where Mark calls Carter and Lucy into the lounge to work out their problems, Carter refers to Mark as "Tony." Mark is played by Anthony "Tony" Edwards.
Goof: When Dr. Ross is working on the little baby boy in the ER, the audience can see that the feet showing under the cover are the feet of a baby doll. Additionally, the orientation of the feet change at the end of the scene.
Dr. Weaver is wearing the same suit as the first candidate for the position of Chief, except for a pin.
