This episode marks Carter returns and he is not having good time. He has that look again - I am alright but when he turns the head, he is like crying. And it is hard for him - having trouble with movings and being able to do procedures. Plus pain. But he is not onlyone having hard time. Abby makes an error and the patient does not want it repaired as he is dying anyway. Greene sends Abby to practice the procedure later and it comes out, the gave her the same body of the patient she already made the mistake. It was weird and frightening.

But Carter in the end, visiting her grandmother and she, saying that she accepts that Carter works for medicine. The first time, I think. Maybe he can warm is relationship with his family again. He will need them support, I am sure.moreless
