Escape From Scorpion Island

Show Summary

Two teams of young adventurers are marooned on an exotic island. What they don't know is that they are not alone - there are also 10 prisoners held on the island that they must try and rescue. Each day the Island will select a handful of contestants to do battle against each other. The winners will join either Team Sting or Team Claw – the losers will be returned to life behind bars. 2008 sees the second series of the adrenalin-fuelled real-life adventure game, presented by JK and Joel, in which teams compete in daring challenges in order to win the competition.

  • If you are over the age of 12 and have any common sense you will hate the show.

    1.0
The opening them is very well done. Most likely targets those under the age of twelve. I watch alot of TV shows for kids but this show doesnt leave any room for imagination, fantasy or parodies.

I find it really hard to believe that they are stranded on the Island. That the Island is keeping them there. I would have thought that the show would have been better if it went along the lines of Survivor.

Also another thing if they are trapped on the Island with no help how do they look so well fed, bathed, clothed etc.

Secondly it is really annoying how they speak (not the accent). Talking about strategies etc etc. Well these challenges they do there is no need for strategy.

Thirdly when the other kids are in Limbo and they stuff up on the challenges all I see is a great bag out at that person. For example. early in the series a challenge was to grab a bamboo stick and gain one point from it. But dropping one would result in a loss of a point.

Oliver was one person was bagged out cause he stuffed up. Particularly by a blond caucasian boy on one of the teams. The harness was fitted on the waste which makes it very hard to keep your legs up even if you are fit.

All this show teaches is that if you succeed your a hero and if you dont then your a loser.moreless
