Beautiful episode. Where Ephram finally openes up about his feelings about moving and losing everything...

After finding a lost deer, Ephram decides to bring it home, since he feels like it's the only thing he can do, after all he can't go home himself. Andy comes along which brings a lot of energy and emotion to the trip. But it also brings a start at getting Ephram and Andy togheter.
  • So far the goal of this show seems to be to make the viewers sob every week.

I'm not sure why I am still watching this show other than the fact that it is summer and my netflix queue was low.

The show itself seems of but I don't necessarily like it and I can't decide why. Most of the characters bother me for one reason or another. The only characters I like are Delia, Edna, and Irv.

One of Andy's main goals in moving to Everwood was to spend more time with the kids but his patients still seem to come first.

I can understand why Ephram has issues with Andy but they take the teen angst too far and he annoys me most of the time.

  • This was trying to be a "very special" episode, but it got on my nerves.

    6.0
The whole deer story line was quite strange... it felt really commercial, like it was trying to bring out your emotions. I got bored of it after a while. I did like the bits with Delia exploring her relationship with God, so that boosted the overall score, but of the most part this was average. I was glad that Ephram finally came clean to Amy about not really asking his dad to take a look at Colin. I am still a bit annoyed that Amy would put Ephram on the spot to ask his dad, but I guess it also shows how much she loves him.moreless
