Great episode! It has a perfect balance of Ephram, Andy, Amy, Madison, Tommy, and all of the families and relationships.

The opening scene is hilarious! Doctor Brown comes in and is putting Christmas presents away and hides when Ephram and Madison come in. They start talking about making out and Andy tries to get out of the closet but gets stuck and has to listen to them. He finally busts out on them and they jump up.

The Abbots are great. Amy beginning to get over her depresssion or at least happier now. Tommy coming to Thanksgiving dinner, Rose\'s mother, it\'s all hilarious. The Browns have a pretty pathetic thanksgiving and both Doctor Brown and Doctor Abbott end up drinking in a bar together on thanksgiving. The go to a reservation where doctor abbott gambles away $7,000 and Andy gets some advice about letting his son learn from his mistakes and being a man. Overall great episode I loved it!moreless

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Ephram: You know you said you liked me. You said I made you come 'undone' I am not quite sure what that means exactly but I know it's a good thing.

    • Amy: You think by keeping me a prisoner in my own home that you're gonna save me? From what, Tommy? You don't even know him. As far as I can see, the only person I need to be saved from anymore is you. I hate this house. I hate my school. I hate my friends, and I hate my entire stupid life. You can ground me Dad, and you can yell at me and you do whatever the hell you want, because honestly, I wish I was dead. I don't feel anything anymore. And you wanna know the best part, I don't even care.

    • Carol: You gonna carve that thing Harold, or should we just dig into it with our hands?

    • Ephram: No there's not. I know the age thing freaks you out, but there's more to it than that, I can tell. I just can't figure out what it could be. She's great. She's smart. She loves Delia and she even likes you. What is it that you're trying to stop?
      Andy: It's just wrong.

    • Ephram: (To Andy) What I want is to be able to have a life, and I wouldn't even mind having to share it with you. But you won't let that happen. You're too busy controlling everything and everyone, that I don't even think you know what you're controlling anymore. What is so wrong with me and Madison?
Andy: (To Ephram) Many, many things.

    • Linda: (To Carol) Harry, I think you crossed the line.
Carol: (To Linda) You think! I say he plowed over the line with a tractor.

    • Carol: (To Edna) Are you sill married to the black man?
Delia: (To Andy) You can't call me sweetie when I don't like you!
Harold: (To Carol) Sorry to disappoint you, but Im perfectly healthy, Mother Roberts.
Carol: (To Harold)I need to pee.
Edna: (To Harold about Carol) Thank God Rose got the recessive genes.
Tommy: (To everyone) I think I should probably go.
Carol: (To Tommy) Oh, piddle paddle! Just ignore the man. That's what we all do.
