  • Another solid episode of Everybody Loves Raymond.

    8.5
It starts out as an ordinary night for the Barone's but it doesn’t stay that way for too long. After Ally is misbehaving and refuses to listen to her parents, Debra decides they need to undertake a parenting class. The class is designed to help parents listen to their children which will enable them to resolve any difficult situations. The highlight of this episode came in this class, when Ray and the teacher perform a role-play. While they initially struggle to implement the advice of the class, Ray finally has a breakthrough- with his parents of all people! So with confidence in his ability to resolve problems, Ray talks to Ally about her behaviour and they eventually get to the bottom of the problem. However Debra isn’t all that pleased as it was her idea to take the class in the first place but she is the one who seems to struggle with the active listening technique whereas Ray appears to have perfected it. Overall a good episode of Raymond; a solid follow up of the season opener.moreless
  • Great Episode for all you parents out there!

Ray Ramono is one of my fav. Celebrities. I love episodes of sitcoms where parents have trouble with their kids (especially this one). I loved it when they kept saying “No TV!”, especially at the end. I still couldn’t believe when Ray made his parents kiss and make up.
