Everybody Loves Raymond

Robert: Come on, it's Mother's Day. This isn't a day for fighting, it's a day of celebration, a day where we all sit down together for a breakfast of waffles and berries, and sausages--both links and patties. But you two know deep down inside how you feel about each other, and how much you love each other. Frank: What do you say, Marie? Can we eat?

Ray: Come on, it's Mother's Day. Can't one of you two mothers just say something?

Debra: (when Ray comes in with a huge bouquet of flowers) Oh, my God. Ray: Happy Mother's Day. There was only one bigger bouquet in the shop, but it was for dead people.

Debra: Kids, it's time for your baths. Come on, you like the bathtub! There's water, and you get to be naked!

Ray: Don't be mad, please. Debra: You know what, I'm not mad at her anymore. I'm just going to live my life. And you know what? I think my life is going to be a lot better from now on. Ray: But there will be tension! Debra: I think what I've done is actually removed the source of the tension. Ray: You mean my mother? Debra: I think so.

Debra: Ally, the only reason I let you get older is so you could help me!

Ray: See, Deb? My mom's talking to you again! Debra: Well, she can do what she wants, Ray, because I am done talking to her.

Ray: Knock-knock. Debra: Who's there? Ray: Goliath. Debra: Goliath who? Ray: Goliath down, you look a-tired!

Marie: Listen, Debra, I'm sorry for bringing my friends over like that last night. I should have known that by mid-afternoon, you've lost complete control of the kids. And you were probably embarrassed because obviously, you hadn't tidied up.

Frank: (about Marie) Rude is the only thing that gets through to her! How do you think I got the way I am!? (yelling)I used to be a gentleman!

Ray: (to Debra) Knock knock Debra: Who's there? Ray: Ivan Debra: Ivan who? Ray: Ivan idea: talk to my mother!
