Episode Summary

EDIT
X-Driver: Danger Zone
Set at a time before Lorna and Lisa joined the éX-Driver organization (this seems to be based on the flashback from the last episode of éX-Driver). Featuring Rei Kazama and Nina A. Thunder (both were secondary characters in the original éX-Driver series). Mr. Munakata is already there although he's much younger then he is in the original éX-Driver series. An invisible runaway car is causing the AI car system to malfunction, it turns out that the runaway is a remote control car modeled after the car Nina drives. Some guy named Mark is stalking Nina and he used the runaway remote control car to get her attention. Nina and Rei chase the car through the city but it explodes before they catch it. The next day Nina and Rei split up. Nina goes after the remote controlled runaway (a new one) while Rei tracks down the guy responsible for the runaways. Nina follows the remote runaway to an abandoned building, it turns out to be a trapped and she gets abducted by Mark (the stalker). It turns out that Mark only wants to go for a ride in Nina's car, although he rigged a time bomb to the building… the real bad guy responsible for the runaways is Toma, the tech assistant at éX-Driver (his job is similar to what Nina does in the original éX-Driver series) he turned out to be the mole that the éX-Driver head quarters was after. After surviving the explosion form the bomb Nina and Rei go after Toma who is on his way to the air port to make his get away. They get chased around by an AI car rigged with explosives. The chase leads all the way to the air port runway. They out smart the AI car and trick it into blowing up the AI plane that Toma is on. Toma gets caught.moreless
