Cdr. Napier: A new kind of neo and we're just supposed to grab one?! Ha, Winfield doesn't ask for much does he?
Sgt. Torres: I don't criticise orders. I just follow em.
Hanley: Too bad Neos don't sleep or we could follow the Neo mega home and take him there.
Torres: Yeah, and if Neos were the size of flies we could just swat 'em.
The episode title alludes to the now common phrase first used in William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar: "Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the dogs of war." Many works of art, music and literature have copied at least a part of the phrase in some form, often as a title.
