  • Another heart warming tale!

A family of eight are trying to do the best to

Strive and make ends meet but how can you do just that when you have your house not up to par. But thanks to the design team and some WWE wrestlers the team help the family get back on their feet with a new house and scholarships for them to practice music.
  • What an excellent program! A family of eight benefits, and a school of music does as well.

This was the first time I had seen this program, and I have to say that I loved it! What was not to love? Here was a poor family of eight who had been living in the grandmother's attic and saving for five years to buy a house of their own. They buy a "fixer-upper" and eventually find that it was really beyond their ability to fix. The children are bright and musical. One daughter wants to be a vet, another an oceanographer. The two young twin boys are into wrestling. Patty, a five year old, is learning the abcs and to read. The family was sent on a Disneyworld vacation for the week while their house was being gutted and totally renovated. The house size was more than doubled. The children got their rooms decorated by way of the things that they loved, e.g., ocean and land animals, wrestling, etc. The parents, who used to sleep on the floor in the living room of the tiny one floor attic apartment, now have their own bedroom. The family got a music room, and the music school that the girls attend got 25 new violins. Is there anything to not like about this show? Absolutely not! Loved it!moreless
