  • Chris Powell is dishonet

    3.0
I do not understand why Chris Powell keeps lying that he is living with them for 3 months. He has a wife with 3 kids, one more on the way, and there are 7 people a season, so that is almost 2 years of never being home. Which is impossible to do. I find that shameful that he plays that lie out.
  • THIS OPP SHOWS THAT IT'S POSSIBLE TO LOSE WEIGHT BEYOND WHAT YOU MAY THINK IS IMPOSSIBLE!

MY NEICE SAMINA IS 360LBS. & DOES NOT BEILEVE SHE COULD LOSE THIS MUCH WEIGHT -2LBS A WEEK FOR 6 MONTHS SO, I WOULD LIKE AN OPPORTUNITY AS A TEAM TO LOSE SAME AMOUNT OF WEIGHT FOR MYSELF. IN ONE YEAR IT WOULD BE AM 100 LBS OVER WEIGHT & FEEL THAT SHE WOULD BE ENCOURAGED IF WE WOULD LOSE OFOUR HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE DUE TO BEING OVER 100LBS. LESS=160LBS. MY GOAL AS WELL FOR 160LBS.moreless
  • This one is special

    8.5
This is much better than most transformation reality shows. I don't usually like reality shows but a friend told me to watch a certain episode so I watched an episode of this because at least there's a point to it (helping people become healthy). But then i was compelled to watch more for various reasons over other weight loss shows. First of all the whole transformation is in a single 1 hr episode so there's no filler and no fake drama, all the drama is the person overcoming their weight, physically and emotionally. 2nd of all, theres a real sense that the trainer, Chris, legitimately wants to help and cares about the person and they form a real bond. This is especially evident in an episode where the person doesn't lose the weight because he's addicted to food and uses it a self medication for emotional issues and not only did they air the episode even though he failed, chris spends a good junk of time getting the person to admit he has a problem, needs help, and getting them the psychological help (rehab) he needs. If you like this sort of thing, then you'l like this specific series.moreless
